DEER CALLS
Grunts…bleats…snorts…wheezes…sound familiar? All are sounds whitetails use to communicate with each other. It isn’t surprising that hunters do all they can to imitate these sounds as a means of drawing the whitetail closer. These articles present the very interesting topic of deer calls and their use.
You’ll read about grunt tubes, bleat cans, rattling (and although technically they’re probably not calls, they serve the same purpose) and, yes, electronic calls. And to make these articles more meaningful, we’ve included one that produces the sounds of the calls and others that take you into the field so you can see them in use.
Enjoy these information packed articles. We think you’ll find them useful.
